Pimp C drops by for the slurry and soulful 'Fly as an Eagle.' Though there are no big surprises on here, Webbie's sophomore release will hold the base. Instead we get the sad-sack ballad 'I Miss You' and the undeniably catchy 'Independent,' a paean to the modern woman that was an immense hit. Webbie's lyrical noise-to-sound ratio is reasonable here, and the Baton Rouge emcee's trademark nonsensical lines about hood violence and strip-club eroticism are kept (somewhat) in check.
